This dealership does not have a separate lube Service you always have to make an appointment which is inconvenient for most people. People would rather just have a drive-through service.

The issue was related to a manufacturer/software update and not something within their control, but they still handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. Everything was great, but charging extra for using a credit card is just wrong. Service c”is often unexpectedly expensive. This is bad enough. Customers shouldn’t then be charged extra for using a credit card.

Unlike most car dealers, North Penn Mazda deals with honesty, integrity, openness, and full disclosure. They are much further from my home in Holland, PA than 2 other Mazda dealers, but I have visited them and wouldn't go back. North Penn treats me with respect, will work with me in the way I prefer, and come to a good price very quickly without the negotiation games other dealers employ. I am totally satisfied with my experience there.
